Met veel enthousiasme kondigt Oostende een uniek aftelritueel aan om de spanning voor het langverwachte Ensor 2024 op te bouwen. In het Ensorhuis, is een imposante aftelklok geïnstalleerd. Het kunstwerk omvat maar liefst 75 zandlopers, elk als symbool van een jaar sinds Ensors overlijden. Op deze manier symboliseert het de tijd die nog rest tot de start van een cultureel hoog jaar.
